No jokes about a fat man on a bicycle!  This chubby chap will be transformed into an atheletic adonis but only if you are generous to Help for Heroes.  Not many causes could persuade me to get fit again as I turn 50.  But this one is putting me on a bicycle for 300 miles.  I was brought up in an Army family and have a son at university who intends to follow in the grandfatherly footsteps.  I know how important are the facilities that Bryn and Help for Heroes are funding.
