London to Paris Bike Ride, 3-7 June 2009 

The deed is done and, several pots of Sudocrem later, I'm back walking and even riding a bike.

Enjoyed the ride a lot, meeting others with incredible dedication to their charities and the huge sense of achievement as we reached the Eiffel Tower.

Thanks to all for supporting Headway UK and making the training and preparation worthwhile.
