Story
Hi everyone,
I am pleased to announce that we completed our challenge and cycled into Lands End yesterday afternoon, some 10 days after we started out from John O'groats.
The challenge was alot harder than I expected with the '100 mile' a day schedule and the prevailing winds in our faces virtually all the way.
In Scotland we had to endure driving rain in gusts of up to 50 mph which is not a good combination when your climbing up Glencoe on a push bike !!!
My body is in bits and is overdue a complete overhaul and I have promised my wife that if she sees me anywhere near a bike again she can shoot me on the spot.
I would like to thank to everyone for sponsoring us so generously.
I am pleased to announce that with your help we managed to smash our target and have raised a whopping £2718.80 for Naomi House.
Thanks once again.
Kind regards
Richard & the team

PLEASE NOTE: We used Justgiving to send this email, so please do not reply to it. Replies will go to Justgiving, not to us!hanks for visiting our fundraising page, myself and colleagues - Ray Niblock , Matt Deery and expertly supported by Gary Edwards are cycling approximately 1000 miles from John O'groats to Lands End which will take about nine days to complete.
We are raising much needed funds for Naomi House which is a Childrens Hospice based locally in Sutton Scotney.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Wessex Children's Hospice Trust (Naomi House) will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
Many thanks for your support.
