TODAY I COMPLETED THE BATH HALF MARATHON - MY FIRST ONE EVER! I AM EXTREMELY SORE, BUT REALLY PLEASED THAT I HAVE MANAGED SOMETHING LIKE THIS. MY RACE TIME WAS PRETTY SHOCKING, BUT I'M JUST CONTENT THAT I GOT ROUND!

As most of you will know, I've never really been the fittest of blokes! So, I have set myself the challenge of running the Bath Half Marathon on 7th March - which is some feat for some guy who has never run more than 5 miles before!
To aid my training, I have also quit smoking!
