On September 20th, I'll be up in Newcastle running the Great North Run. The following Sunday, I will be back in London competing in Run to th Beat, another Half Marathon. I'm doing this because I'm an idiot, and also in aid of Prostate Cancer, a charity very close to my heart.

I'm sure you know the drill by now. I don't need to raise a huge amount and would be grateful for any donation, large or small.
