Raising money for sufferers of kidney problems is very personal to me. My father died of kidney failure in 1992 after recieving Dialysis treatment for more than 2 years following more than 5 years of the wrong diagnoses and treatments. To see someone I love and respect so much, and of such stature (as a child you always think your parents are invincible) to deteriorate to such frailty and helplessness is still one of the most awful memories of my childhood.

I have always wanted to do something in aid of patients suffering from similar kidney related illnesses. And I thought doing this run was a perfect opportunity. I am hoping to raise £500 so please donate generously.
