On 16 May, my 'mate' Shaun and I intend to cycle from Caen to a village in the South of France called Gimios where we both have a holiday home. We anticipate doing the 650 mile trip within a couple of weeks, God willing! Perhaps you would like to sponsor me for Macmillan Cancer Support, a worthwhile cause. Every little will help.

 For those of you who have no idea where Gimios is, it is south west of St. Chinian which is 20 miles north of Narbonne. If you can find it on a map, I would be really impressed.
