09/03/10 Update

Well, there are less than 7 weeks to go now and the training runs are starting to get a lot longer (and more painful). I have spent a good portion of my last two weekend runs, running directly into the wind which is not a lot of fun, especially when the overall temperature is just above freezing.

Thanks for taking the time to sponsor me for the London Marathon in April. I am running for Wellchild who help sick children and their families throughout the UK to manage the consequences of serious illness and complex health conditions through a programme of care, support and research.
