Thanks for visiting my fundraising page,

I am Allister's Dad ( that's us in the photo)

Myself and 24 others in June 2010 climbed the world's highest freestanding mountain - Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, to raise money  for CLIC sargent, a charity close to Allisters heart. 

Including gift aid we raised over £250,000

Allister touched the lives of everyone that he met, and was truly inspirational in every sense of the word, never once complaining about the cruel fate that he had been dealt. His passion, enthusiasm and determination to raise awareness and provide better facilities for teenagers with cancer will not be forgotten. 

The money raised will go to provide holidays for families with children who have cancer in Malcolm Sargent House in Prestwick.

I'm already working on different events one of which is a cycle ride across CUBA in November 2011.
