On the 16th June I will be running the Comrades Ultra Marathon in South Africa 56 miles .I have been training for this run since the 1st of November and by the time June arrives I would have done in excess of 1500 miles during training and gone through 3 pairs of trainers  not to mention the vaseline!!!! I will also be taking part in the following runs as part of my training;

Helsby Half Marathon- Jan 22nd ,Wilmslow Half Marathon March-19th, Shakespear Marathon- 7th May  . The charity I will be running for is the only charity I run for  as it is so so close to my heart . So please please dig deep and give me the push I will need to train for and  finish everyone of the races.Your money will go a long way to making the lives of the people suffering from this horrendous disease more comfortable .
