We help blind and partially sighted people to break down the barriers of sight loss

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

This will be my first half-marathon so it would be great to have as much incentive as possible over and above burning off all those extra large cornish pasties and pints of Guinness!

I have chosen to support the RNIB because of all the help and assistance they provided to my late father in the final years of his life. They really helped to maintain the quality of his life and kept him mentally active despite loosing his sight.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: RNIB gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!

About the charity

Every day 250 people in the UK start losing their sight. With your help, we can be there when people need us most, support independent living, create an inclusive society and prevent avoidable sight loss. Every pound you raise will help create a future where sight loss is no longer a barrier.
