We give care and support to patients when it matters most.

Story

Thank you for visiting out fundraising page.  We are collecting for a hospice that cares for people with incurable diseases.  This is where Rob spent his last weeks.

Considering the difficult circumstances for Rob, Jenni, Sam(3), Ollie(5), both sets of parents, family and friends, there really couldn't have been a nicer place for Rob.  All the nurses were fantastic, friendly, and helpful.  It was relaxing for Rob and visitors, clean and served great food.  All of those that visited Rob at this time, were extremely thankful for everything that they did. Rob passed away in January this year aged 38, to cancer.

We are mainly running in the Bristol Half Marathon, but we have some runners in the Nottingham Half marathon as well (www.justgiving.com/robertkerslakeCOB).  Both races are on Sun Sep 14 2008.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: St Peter's Hospice will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Please sponsor us.  Many thanks for your support.  Team Robert Kerslake
