On Sunday 2nd November, I will be taking part in the ING New York City Marathon - not only will I be pounding 26.2 miles through the streets of New York, I'm also raising funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre (MSRC).

MSRC is a national charity committed to supporting anyone affected by Multiple Sclerosis (MS) - their approach is to encourage individuals to make choices that are appropriate to their daily lives, empowering them to maximise their potential.

I'm funding this trip myself so every penny you donate will go straight to MSRC.
