Kirsty my beautiful special friend,
I am running this marathon for you and for your dad Rodger as I promised.
23 is too young to live without your dad, I can only imagine how much you miss him. I wish I could bring him back for you.
Please help the Motor Neurone Disease Association raise money to provide care and support for people suffering and work towards a cure for this terrible disease.
