The six of us have decided to spend a late Summer day cycling around the coast of Norfolk from Great Yarmouth and ending up in Titchwell. Our plan is to cover the 80 mile journey in less than 6 hours before collapsing into a pub to reverse the  benefit of all that exercise.

As well as shedding a couple of excess pounds we are hoping to raise money for the the Norfolk Hearts Trust which is aiming to provide heart surgery equipment  in Norwich for local people. We have planned the ride in memory of Roger's Dad Michael who died in June, having suffered a few heart problems in later life.
