A work colleague of mine, Graeme Cadger, is celebrating his 50th Birthday this year and along with a friend is aiming to raise £50,000 for various Childrens Charities.

I along with 20 of my work colleagues have kindly volunteered to join him in a 10km walk on Friday 23rd May in aid of CHAS and I would be grateful if you would consider sponsoring me to raise funds for this worthy cause.
