It was a great experience: the walking, the views and the people we met on the way. Being in North Yorkshire most pubs sold Black Sheep beer – and the fish and chips at the Magpie Café in Whitby lived up to their reputation! Downs included the strong winds on the coast and a very draughty camping barn in Farndale.
