Centurian 100 Miler · 11 August 2012

We are Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. We stop at nothing to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. Because we believe no childhood should be lost to illness.

Story

It a tragic turn of events, Carls 5yr old niece Chloe has recently been diagnosed with leukaemia (AML). She is having intensive chemo followed by a bone marrow transplant at Great Ormond Street Hospital. This makes this challenge very real and appreciate any donations that you can make.

Firstly, thank you for taking a look at our page and considering sponsoring us!

Having both done various challenges and Ross always asking Carl for kit and advice, we decided to team up and attempt to run 100 miles in 24 hours across the North Downs Way.

We are training hard and Carl is working on his banter to ensure Ross does not fall asleep during the night stretch.

We are raising money for GOSH as we have both seen first hand the incredible work they do for sick children. Not only medically but making their stay as comfortable as possible.

It's something that means a lot to us both given recent events.

So please dig deep, donate now and laugh at the state of us after the event. We will be making a video! We really appreciate any donations.
