Hello all of my wonderful family, friends, workmates, friends of friends in fact anyone with money!

I will be walking, running and probably crawling the Loch Ness Marathon on 4th October 2008 to raise money for a very worthwhile charity, the Scottish Motor Neurone Disease Association. Why MND?  My granny died of the disease and at present there is still very little known of the cause and there is no known cure.  So I want to raise as much money as possible to help people who have the disease and to help find a cure.  So please help me by digging deep!
