We believe no child should ever have to live on the streets.

Story

A team from the Rail Technology Unit at Manchester Metropolitan University are taking part in the 'THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE BY RAIL 2006' in aid of The Railway Children Charity.

The event takes place on 21st to 23rd September 2006 and involves us climbing the three highest peaks in England (Scafell Pike, 977m), Scotland (Ben Nevis, 1345m) and Wales (Snowdon,1085m), within 36 hours. A train is provided to drive us from one peak to the other to help us achieve the challenge within 36 hours.

Please dig deep and sponsor us online and help us reach our fundraising target.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Railway Children will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support

Julian, Adam, Yann and Ken.
