I love running, the outdoors, cold crisp winter weather so what better to have this 2nd London Winter Run as a goal.

Training is well on course as I've done 3 river runs over Christmas and my split times are on track and the runs are improving each time and its great to be outdoors and getting the endorphins going!!

I make the most of every day I'm healthy, I'm a go-getter, if I want something I'll go and get it, if I have a dream, I'll do it, I don't waste a second. 

This year Cancer Research UK asked me to launch this Winter run with Olympic runner Jo Pavey which was a great honour to be alongside an Olympian and exciting for me to be recognised for all the fundraising I've done and for all of you who have supported me so far.

So this year is quite special as I'm part of the launch and so now its over to you great people to do your bit when you can, as I always say every little bit really does help!
