Hey there sports fans!

On 7 September 2008 I joined 19.000 women in the Adidas Women's 5km through Hyde Park in the  rain!. but we didn't  let a little rain dampen our spirits on no! The fastest woman finished in 12mins.... but of course i didn't want to make her look bad so i held back( oh yes i'm generous like that) and completed in 38 minutes (not bad i hear you cry for a non-runner).

Thank you all for your encouragement, support and generous donations, it was for a great cause and my friend (Joanne Miller) and i  thoroughly enjoyed getting soaked through. Due to receive the official pictures shortly  so watch this space!
