Running's not usually our thing, but please dig deep we will complete the 10k, run walk or crawl!!!

If you're free on July 5th come cheer us on. The run starts at the Pendeyn Distillery (will we leave??) at 9am and finishes at the Michael Sobell Sports Centre in Aberdare.

Area 26 Ladies Circle's (Round Table's sister organisation) is supporting MacMillan this year, so this also our way of doing a bit to help them have a cracking fund raising year.
