Hello! 

Here is a mildly grovelly message to friends / family / colleagues (and anyone else for that matter) to ask them to all pull together and be a bit charitable, because on Sunday 20^th September I will be running the Great North Run for Breast Cancer Care. Id be really grateful if you can spare a few pounds for this worthwhile cause - and you’d get to feel all warm and fuzzy / good about helping too.
