I've set myself the personal challenge of running 10k's as it's a year since I've quit smoking, within that timeframe I've gone from barely being able to run up the stairs to hopefully running 10k's in/or under an hour.  (Secretly I'm hoping the route is mainly downhill and I'll have the wind behind me)! Obviously the MS trust is a charity close to my heart therefore all monies I raise, will be benefiting the 85,00 MS sufferers and their families in the UK.
