I will be running the BUPA Great North Run on October 5th to raise money for Headway. I have set myself the target of running it in under 2 hours and as added motivation I have promised to personally donate £ 5.00 for every minute I am over that time ( £ 100.00 max). This will ensure that I will be in a lot of pain at the end which will hopefully encourage more of you to dig deep and sponsor me!
