I am hoping to complete the 2010 UK Ironman Triathlon on August 1st to raise money for the RNLI. This event is one of a series of long-distance triathlons, organised by the World Triathlon Corporation (WTC). It consists of a 2.4 mile swim (3.86km), a 112 mile bike (180km), and a 26.2 mile run (42km).
