This year's challenges include:
Flora London Marathon (April) Target- to break 3 hrs
UPDATE: result 2hrs 45:31. position: 329th.
Coast To Coast Bike Ride- (September)  Target - to break 9hours
Le Tour Challenge- Target- just to finish alive.

Please sponsor me extra to try and break these targets and give me motivation to raise more money for a charity that does so much for people.

I have also taken on the 'beans-on-toast' challenge- I have a bet that I can find beans on toast and a milky cup of tea- even at rural cafes deep in the French alps- I have a bet to win!  If anyone would like to sponsor me extra for this- please go for it!

The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association provides guide dogs and other mobility services to blind and partially sighted people. The association requires £50 million a year to continue its work and are entirely dependent on voluntary donations. By sponsoring me to complete this challenge you will be helping to train and care for guide dogs, making people’s lives better.

By using this site Guide Dogs will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
