On 30th November, the three of us ran / walked / crawled around the half marathon course in Norwich, Norfolk in aid of the East Coast Truckers Charity.

The East Coast Trucker Charity has been doing excellent work raising money for disadvantaged children and their families for 24 years in East Anglia and has a special place in hearts of the people in the region.

Apart from the fact that you should all give generously for this extremely worthy cause, we did of course drag ourselves around the full half-marathon course in Norwich and would therefore greatly appreciate any donations no matter how much!
