I will be running the British 10K in 2011 again to raise money for my favourite charity - Al Hasan Foundation, which works to provide treatment to those who need it most. I know the charity well and genuinely feel it makes a real change to those who receive both sight-saving treatment and training for those who will in turn treat others.
