As many of you are aware there has been a devastating earthquake in Asia. It has taken over 30,000 lives so far and left nearly 600,000 homeless. The regions hit are some of the harshest known to man and winter is soon to set in which will make matters worse for those affected.

In order to raise money to aid those alleviate the suffering of those affected, my brother in law and I will be doing a sponsored bike ride from Slough to Central London on 21 October 2005.
