Story

Hello. massive thank you for all your  support over the last year. Mylo has regualr check ups and so far the cancer has stayed away :) so our fingers are crossed. So far we have raised almost £62,000 for GOSH and PADUA WARD. After completing the Inca Trail in Peru I have decided to set myself a bunch of new challange - Oct 2012 is a half marathon Run to the Beat with Jayne (painted like african animals.) In Feb 2013 a few friends of mine and me will be taking on the highest free standing mountain in the world - KILIMANJARO. An amazing experience for an amazing cause. Followed 8 weeks later running the London marathon! Every penny I raise is going to GOSH GOSH so any donations would be received with Thanks. xxx

If its the first time you have visited the page below is why I have turned to fund raising for GOSH and will continue to do so for such a worth while caise.

During the last year our family has been turned upside down after discovering our son Mylo has a form of cancer called Neuroblastoma diagnosed at only 4 months old. A tumour was discovered growing from the nerve endings in his spine and pushing into the wall of his lungs. On the 15th of Feb 2011 he had surgery to remove the tumour. The operation was a success although 2 more small tumours in his lymph glands were found and also removed. Mylo will need regular MRI scans at GOSH over the next few years to monitor him.

We consider ourselves to be very lucky to have him home and all our family together. Unfortunately some of the amazing children and families we met are not so lucky and GOSH is their life. The level of care is amazing but the hospital relies on people like you to donate generously so they can continue to provide the care and equipment they can to make the lives of the children as comfortable and happy as possible.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the GOSH and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Love from Mylo xxx

Thank you
