I have signed up to compete in the South Coast "Fun" Triathlon in August 2009.  Having never competed in anything like this before its a little daunting but I'm certainly up for the challenge.

The funds raised from this are going to the Southampton General Hospital Intensive Care Unit where my sister works.  All the staff there do a great job and hopefully the money will go to help support the work that they do.
