On the 24th of May this year Helena "H" Murphy lost her battle with cancer......

Helena was the younger sister of a very dear friend of mine Karen and through my friendship with Karen I got to know Helena. She was a kind selfless person who cared deeply about animals and in particular dogs. Helena championed a charity called All Dogs Matter, so in honour of her memory I am abstaining from alcohol for three months (which is no mean feat for me.....!) to raise money for the charity she cared so munch about.

Sometimes in life an event can occur which has a deep and profound affect on a person. The death of Helena has had this affect on me. 

So please give as little or as much as possible in the memory of a truly kind and special person and help a dog in need at the same time. Its really easy just follow the link to my just giving page.
