I'm running the BUPA Great North Run, in September, and need all the help I can get to raise as much money as possible for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

A colleague of mine, Christine Van Emst, sadly passed away towards the end of last year after a long battle against breast cancer - and in her memory I'm running the 13.1 mile course to raise money for the charity.

Please, please, please be as generous as possible - and if you can give a little bit extra as I will probably need new knees afterwards!!
