We’re both 7 and on 17^th May we’re going to be doing our very first sponsored bike ride.

We have to pedal really hard for 5 miles and hope to raise lots of money for a charity called Norwood.

They help lots of children who can’t ride bikes like us or do the other things that we enjoy doing because they have disabilities and other problems.

If you can sponsor us:

£10 it will help to buy a special toy to help children with disabilities to get lots of new skills.

£20 would buy a ticket for a child to go on a trip like we do at school and have fun with other kids.

And £50 could pay for a special art therapy session to help a child who feels sad.

We’re really excited about it but know that it’s hard work too!
