My good friend Jonny Barrow have just completed a 100 mile marathon over 5 consecutive days at an altidude of 11,500 feet in the Himalayas.  It was tough but well worth it once we crossed the finish line!!

I am raising money for Demelza House, a Hospice for children with terminal illness based in Sittingbourne, Kent.  It's a great charity, one very close to my heart.
