LATEST NEWS - We successfully climbed Scafell Pike last weekend (in very poor weather conditions) and will be taking on Mount Snowdon this weekend - PLEASE SPONSOR IF YOU CAN - IT IS WELL WORTH IT!
As head of Sandringham I hope to raise a significant sum of money for the school by climbing Scafell Pike and Mount Snowdon, two of the legendary ‘Three Peaks’, with my family, Sarita, Andrew, Michael and Emma at the end of June. A large number of people associated with the school will be completing the challenge in one form or another. The Student Council have nominated Great Ormond Street Hospital as our second charity for this event and all money raised will be split between the school and GOSH (who will get 20% of everything we raise!)
I would really appreciate any support you can give, large or small for these two worthy causes. Great Ormond Street provides world-class care for young children, helping them to recover from serious illnesses. The school plans to develop outside seating areas for children – something they have wanted for many years.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Friends of Sandringham School will receive your money faster and, if you are a taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
Many thanks for your support! If you want to check out the 'parent' web site for this event please visit http://www.justgiving.com/sandringham3peaks
So please sponsor me now!
Many thanks for your support.
