A team of us will be rowing from Tonbridge to Gillingham to raise money and awareness of mental health charity Mind. 

I want to live in a world where no one should feel ashamed or at risk of outcast for speaking honestly about their mental health. 

Mind vow to never give up, till everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.
