Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page

As many of you know my sister Bethanie, and brother in law, Jon, had a beautiful little girl, Martha, born last March. Unfortunately not long after Martha was born she was diagnosed with Spinal  Muscular Atrophy type-1. Her time was very limited but Martha had some amazing adventures in the short life she had. She was a very happy baby who always turned heads with her beaming smile. Sadly Martha passed away on the 11th September last year. Jon and Bethanie have been rocks throughout and amazing parents, I honestly look up to them for their strength which got them through this heart breaking time.

So the least I can do to help towards the SMA Trust is put on my running shoes (yes that did say running shoes.....not riding boots!) and get running (ok attempt running, maybe a slow jog type walk......crawl to the finish), and hurl myself (yes there will be nothing stylish about it) over and under ridiculous sized obstacles (I wont be able to walk for days - no laughing if you see me!).

So my plea is this: please, please if you can give a little to support the SMA Trust I will be very grateful (might even run faster)!

Thank you xxxx
