After losing my father last year to Cancer, I feel that I have to do something positive & give something back. Dad received a lot of support and treatment that would not have been possible without funding from Cancer Research and local Hospices. Therefore, I am completing this charity trek in his memory and the money raised will go straight back into helping people like him. The trek is being funded by myself and any money I raise through personal sponsorship and other fundraising events will go directly to charity.

The trek takes place in June 2006 and involves 11 days of trekking, rafting, kayaking and elephant riding through the forests and mountains of the Thung Yai Nareusan Wildlife Sanctuary and the River Kwai Valley . Quite frankly, I’m terrified!!
