I am running this year's marathon for the 4th time this year (I must be mad!) for the organisation that has helped to develop the treatments which have saved the life of my husband David. He was diagnosed with Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma in October 2005, which came as a great shock to all of us, but after many months of agressive chemotherapy and radiotherapy which he went through very bravely, in August 2006 he was given the "all clear" and I am pleased to say that nearly 3 years on he is still "all clear" which is wonderful news.   I would like to help everyone who has been or will be affected by these horrible diseases and to help to find new treatments and cures.
