I've had an amazing 10 years since launching Spirit Of Nature in 1998, working together with a group of inspirational and dedicated people from all over the world to help families like ours lead a healthier, greener lifestyle here in the UK.

As this is our 10th Anniversary, I decided I wanted to do something to help the severely impoverished men, women and children in underdeveloped countries and have chosen to take part in the Adidas Women's 5K Challenge in London to raise money for Find Your Feet (www.fyf.org.uk)- a small but incredibly important charity that helps over 31,000 poor and marginalised families living in rural India and Malawi to improve their harvests, set up small businesses and access services like clean water, healthcare and education.

Rather than simply hand out food and clothing, this charity works with other local organisations to literally help these people "Find Their Feet" and build a sustainable life. They learn how to build their own houses, grow their own food, access clean water, access medical supplies and get an education. This is a long-term solution that works!
