Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 12th September 2010 I will be taking part in the Robin Hood Hlaf Marathon (13.1miles)

The reason for me taking part is to raise money for the Diabetes Research Fund Unit at the QMC. I am a Type 1 Diabetic myself, and have been for the past 15 years. This means I have to control my sugar levels on a regular daily basis, and take several injections throughout the day, without the help of the Diabetes Unit at the QMC I wouldn't have the knowledge and Confidence I do now to be able to manage my condition - I want to be able to help them to continue the great work that they already do !

I would really appreciate your help and support by sponsoring me for this event, My aim is to smash my target of £1500 for the unit, and I can only do this with your help and support.

Many Thanks for your support.

Sarah.
