Thank you for visiting our fundraising page!
Tigers are critically endangered, & if nothing is done to protect this species they will become extinct in the wild.
I live and work at Shepreth Wildlife Park, Herts, which is home to two tigers, and we have been raising funds to help save tigers in the wild for the past few years. Rana (pictured) is 10 years old on 8th September, & myself & friend Kelly, will be celebrating his birthday by swimming 5km in aid of 21st Century Tiger. We also hold an annual Tiger Party on 4th August for the tigress's birthday.
21st Century Tiger is a unique wild tiger fundraising partnership between the Zoological Society of London and Global Tiger Patrol - ZSL will be collecting the funds on behalf of 21st Century Tiger, but 100% of the funds raised will go directly to wild tiger projects.
Kelly & I will be completing the swimathon between 4pm & 8pm at Royston Leisure Centre. We would like to say a big thank you to the manager there, Richard Allan, for supporting us with this event.

Thank you soooo much...every penny counts!
(Thank you also to my dad, Terry, who has requested anyone who was going to buy him a 60th birthday present, donates the money instead to this event!)
