We are 3 friends who have decided to compete in the 2009 Scally Rally in Ireland, October 15th - 19th 2009.  The Scally Rally is a banger rally and a driving challenge with a catch...   ...to enter the scally rally your car must have cost no more than £100!!!  More details can be found on the official ScallyRally website: http://scallyrally.co.uk/index.html

Our team has decided to add a bit more fun to the event by doing it in fancy dress and decorating our car to match our theme, the overall theme being based around the classic road movies 'Smokey and the Bandit' and 'The Cannonball Run', resulting in our team name of 'The Burnt Reynolds'.

Our team consists of: Phil - The Bandit, Andy - Captain Chaos, Iain - The Snowman.

Keep checking back on this page, we will update it regularly as we get closer to the event, so you can see how the car progresses.

Whether we make it all the way to the end of the challenge or not, we would still love to be able to raise some money along the way for The Butterwick Hospice, who looked after and supported Lisa (the wife of one our team members) during her cancer treatment. So please dig deep and keep your fingers crossed, as we all take on this unique automotive challenge!!!
