I have decided to run the London Marathon and I need your help !!!!

I fully appreciate we are in the grips of a recession and times are very hard for everyone but as I have already said.....I need your help no matter how little.... it really will be greatly appreciated.

I have 16 weeks to get in shape and I have already started my 6-day a week programme.

What’s my target - 

I would like to raise £1,500 and plan to run a time of 3hrs 45mns.
