Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
This is our beautiful baby boy Claude who we sadly lost to sudden unexpected death in infancy (SUDI) on 25 October 2008 at the age of 5 months. Claude was a perfect healthy and happy little boy who is much missed by everyone who knew him.
In Claude's memory and to help with the research that might one day prevent any other parents experiencing the heartbreak that we have, myself, Adele and some of our family and friends, (Clare, Dave, Sarah, Andy, Linzi, Matt, Karen, Anthony, Jacky, Claire and Sandra), have completed the Sheffield Half Marathon (13 miles) on 26 April 2009 to raise funds for FSID.
The one true athlete amongst us, (Collo), ran the London Marathon (26 miles) on the same day for Claude and FSID.
Also on 2 May 2009 Mark and Adam completed a 100k (62 miles) bike ride in the Peak District .
We would like to thank everyone for their sponsorship and donations for all of the above; we are overwhelmed by everyones generosity in helping us to raise a fantastic amount of money....... Thanks again !!
