I am running my first 10k on 9th May 2010 at 40 years old! Life begins now they say! My charity is Alder Hey Imagine Appeal. We have all been to hospital when we were young (if you haven't your one in a million!)  We all know its not a pleasant experience so anything you can donate will be appreciated very much.
