Enter the dragons....

On Saturday 26th  June, a team of 16 paddlers (and a drummer) from Camberwell and Shine (including friends, family and business partners) took part in this year's annual dragon boat race at Clarence Dock, Leeds.

Not only did we win two out of our three races, we beat the existing champions - the firemen!!! On top of this, we managed to shave an amazing 13 seconds off our first race and narrowly missed the grand final.

A great day was had by all but don't forget our efforts were in aid of a very good cause - Leeds Community Foundation.  Donations are still being accepted so if you would like to make a contribution just click on the Donate now button above.
